Who should file a claim?

Any person who filed a valid Proof of Claim with the Bankruptcy Court is eligible to file. Also, any person who was diagnosed after March 15, 1996 in one of the five disease categories outlined in the Instructions for Filing a Claim and who has evidence of causation related to Celotex or Carey Canada products.
