Explanation: Chest x-ray report does not provide interstitial or pleural findings

Instructions: Please submit a report based on the review of a chest x-ray, CT scan, or a B-reader report indicating bilateral findings and diagnosing the alleged injury.

Detail Text: The most recent chest x-ray, CT scan, or B-reader report does not provide an acceptable diagnosis for the alleged injury. Please do not send duplicates of previously submitted reports. Please submit a report based on the review of a chest x-ray, CT scan, or a B-reader report indicating bilateral findings and diagnosing the alleged injury. The report must be dated and signed by the radiologist or physician, and must include information identifying the injured person.
