Deficiency - 105 - No Asbestos-Related Disease Explanation: No recognized asbestos-related disease Instructions: The injury alleged on Part 2 of the claim form is not a recognized asbestos-related disease by the Trust. Refer to page 3 of the claim form for acceptable asbestos-related injuries and resubmit this to the Trust along with any additional supporting medical documentation. Detail Text: The medical records submitted allege and/or support a claim for an injury not recognized as asbestos related by the Celotex Asbestos Settlement Trust. The Trust cannot pay on claims not included in one of the five categories on Part 2 of the Claim Form. Please review, and, where applicable, resubmit Part 2 of the Claim Form along with any additional documentation substantiating one of the listed injury categories for compensation. Please note that for designations marked "Other," the only injuries eligible for compensation are asbestos-related stomach cancer, cancer of the small intestines, laryngeal cancer, pharyngeal cancer, esophageal cancer, colo-rectal cancer, colon cancer, and rectal cancer.
