Deficiency - 104 - Latency Does Not Meet Criteria Explanation: Latency does not meet criteria for the alleged injury Instructions: Please refer to page 6 of the Instructions for Filing a Claim which explains latency criteria for each of the alleged injury categories. Detail Text: The medical records submitted in support of the claim report a date of diagnosis that does not satisfy the Trust's latency period criteria for the alleged injury category or does not provide required years of exposure to qualify for alleged malignancy.
